To Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:

  • After we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Exceptions

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards, clearance items, sale items, third-party items, and customized products (e.g., custom jewelry, melted gold) are not eligible for return. Items that are not eligible will be clearly marked.

  1. Shipping Limitations:

    • Currently, we only ship to the United States. Plans to ship to Canada are in progress.

  1. Tracking Requirement:

    • Products must be returned with tracking within the 30-day period. We reserve the right to decline a refund for items returned without tracking.
